Regal Revival!​

Renovation of the historic Avalon Regal Theater on Chicago’s South Side is underway with a planned reopening by 2026 in time for the 100th year anniversary of the building.

All donor and investor names will appear directly in front of the theater's main entrance visible from 79th Street beginning 2026.

​​

Brick by Brick Campaign

Supporters can sponsor a brick for $100 to help fund the theater's redevelopment. Supporters will receive a name plaque displayed outside the building and a piece of its ornate terracotta facade.

​Naming a Seat

Supporters can name one of the theater’s 2,500 auditorium seats starting at $1,000. Benefits include a personalized plaque, performance tickets, a framed certificate, and ongoing recognition.
